Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DesignMe ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile and web applications (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and display name when you sign in via Supabase Auth.
- Photos you upload: images of rooms, houses, or spaces that you submit for AI redesign.
- Generated images: outputs created by our AI models from your inputs.
- Usage data: generation history, credit balance, subscription status, device type, app version.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy (web) and Apple/Google (in-app purchases). We never see your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI redesigns from the photos you upload.
- To track and bill credits and subscriptions.
- To deliver, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account or service changes.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use the following third parties strictly to operate the Service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Cloudflare R2 — image storage.
- Google (Gemini API) — AI image generation. Your input photos are sent to Google for processing in accordance with their API data-use policy.
- Lemon Squeezy — web payments (Merchant of Record).
- RevenueCat / Apple / Google — in-app subscription handling on mobile.
- Fly.io — application hosting.
4. Image Retention
Uploaded photos and generated outputs are stored so you can view your history. You can delete any generation from the History tab at any time; deletion removes the files from our storage within 24 hours.
5. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing ongviet@icloud.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We use TLS for all data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
8. International Transfers
Our servers operate in Singapore (Fly.io sin region). By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in those locations.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
