Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DesignMe (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DesignMe lets you upload photos of rooms or houses and receive AI-generated redesigns in different interior and exterior styles. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may vary in quality.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Credits and Subscriptions
- One AI redesign costs one credit.
- Credits can be purchased one-time or included in a subscription plan.
- Web payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Credits do not expire unless your account is closed or inactive for 12+ months.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or per App Store / Play Store policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to upload images that:
- Contain real persons' faces without their explicit consent.
- Depict minors in any context.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Are illegal, harmful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Ownership of Outputs
You retain rights to images you upload. To the extent permitted by law, you own the redesigned outputs we generate for you. We retain a non-exclusive license to display anonymized outputs in our community gallery only with your explicit opt-in.
6. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or unexpected content. They are for inspirational and design-exploration purposes and are not architectural plans. We make no warranty of fitness for construction or commercial use.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignMe is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DesignMe operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
